You are responsible only for personal clothing and gear listed below. We’ll take care of everything else. A gear check will be completed before you depart for the trail. This list does not include additional clothing/items you may want for travel or for your time off the hike in Chile trail.

CLIMATE OVERVIEW
May through September are Chile’s winter months so the weather will be cold in Torres del Paine National Park. During this season, the highs fluctuate around 40ºF and the lows can drop down below 20ºF. Expect a combination of wind, snow and sun!
You may reach altitudes and experience high levels of physical exertion. No technical skills are required and first-time trekkers are welcome. Typical days require 5-10 hours of trekking and elevation changes.
I traveled to Patagonia, Chile this past November and the accommodations, food, guides, and trek truly exceeded my expectations. The company took care of all the planning for transportation and stays so it was great to not have to worry over all the details.
